Our approach to health and safety is to ensure we take all reasonably practicable measures to minimize risks to residents, third parties and our own staff during the course of our work.

We therefore implement the following measures to ensure health, safety and welfare is a priority in every project we undertake;

  • Implement a Health & Safety Policy reviewed each year
  • Formulating site specific method statements and risk assessments for each project
  • Training for staff and ensuring the following training is held as a minimum

- Project Specific Induction
- CSCS Cards
- Asbestos Awareness (UKATA) annually
- NVQ or City & Guilds in respective trade
- CRB / DBS Checks

  • Engaging the services of Synergy Safety Services as our external consultants and competent person under Regulation 7 of THE Management Regulations 1999.
  • Minimising the use of sub-contractors and vetting those we do engage
  • Belonging to industry recognized bodies who audit our processes and procedures annually, incuding CHAS, Constructionline, EXOR, Safe Contractor, Gas Safe
  • Regular Tool Box Talks
  • Site Inspections to  ensure safe working practices
  • Photo ID Cards for all Operatives
