Our history begins in 2005, when the company was founded. Over a decade later, we have gone from strength to strength, with one of our latest company turnovers in excess of £15m. In spite of this success, we continue to focus on our core values.

Having worked for developers in London, Kent and Essex, we have grown thanks to our commitment to delivering a first-class service, whilst always giving our clients and customers exactly what we promise.

We have always specialised in Planned Maintenance and Refurbishment contracts and have worked closely with contractors and clients to meet the Decent Homes standard.

We are proud of our status as a contractor who has a good reputation with an increasing number of large clients, as well as the improvements we have made to the communities we have worked in.
